Over looking the Adirondack Museum

This is another beautiful view from where we were standing at the Adirondack Museum in the Adirondack Mountains. This one during a family camping vacation trip. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder here.

Trying to capture the beauty

I hope you can see all the colors in this. It looked more breath taking from where I was standing. I did my best to give you an idea of how glorious the Autumn country side is.
I promise to get more pictures before the leaves are all gone. We've had much rain lately, so that puts a damper on my picture taking, plus it's been sooo cold.

A view from a Mountain

This photo was taken from the first Mountain my family and I had climbed together. The second one I have climbed since a was younger. Once we got to the top, the view was breath taking. Sometimes we take for granted the beauty that the Lord has given us. I however couldn't absorb it enough. I am truly blessed when I can climb to the top of a mountain, and am able to take such glorious pictures. This one is a favorite of mine. I hope you enjoy it too.

I wanted to add this photo of a beautiful sunset taken from the balcony window of the hotel my family and I stayed at while vacationing in Ocean City Maryland during the summer of 2005. I thought it was pretty enough to be on a postcard.

Autumns Splendid Beauty

This is a photo taken from my digital camera. We are so blessed by the Lord that we have all these beautiful colors. Autumn is a very pretty time of the year, so enjoy the explosion of all the bright bold colors while they last. Winter is soon upon us.
